Tulane University’s Program of Nursing Achieves 100% NCLEX Pass Rate

Tulane University’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program is proud to announce that the first graduating cohort achieved a 100% first-time pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for Registered Nurses. All 6 graduates earned licensure on their first attempt, marking a significant milestone that reflects the program’s academic rigor, exceptional faculty, and commitment to advancing high-quality nursing education that strengthens health outcomes in our community.


Launched in 2024 through a collaboration between the School of Professional Advancement and the School of Medicine, the accelerated BSN program helps address the region’s need for registered nurses and is part of Tulane’s commitment to improve our city and region’s health and economy by reimagining downtown New Orleans.

 

All six graduates have secured full-time positions in New Orleans, directly contributing to the region’s healthcare workforce and addressing local staffing needs.
