Admission Requirements and Prerequisites
The NTC Track is designed for current Tulane undergraduate students who are pursuing their degree through Newcomb-Tulane College. Students complete all NTC Core Curriculum and nursing prerequisite requirements before entering the four-semester professional nursing program.
Eligibility Overview
To be considered for the NTC Track, current Tulane undergraduate students must meet the following minimum requirements:

| Cumulative GPA | Minimum cumulative GPA follows NTC thresholds |
| Nursing Prerequisite GPA | Minimum 3.0 cumulative |
| Credit Hours | Successful completion of 120 credit hours; NTC Core Curriculum & nursing prerequisites, 60 credits in the aBSN program |
| Prerequisite Course Grade | C or better in each prerequisite; may not repeat any prerequisite more than once |
| NTC Core Curriculum | All NTC Core Curriculum requirements must be completed |
| Prior Nursing Program | Letter of academic good standing is required if previously enrolled in a professional nursing program |
Nursing Major Prerequisite Courses
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required across the following prerequisite courses, with a minimum grade of C in each. All courses must be completed within 10 years of application. Prerequisites may be repeated once; a grade of C- or below in any prerequisite course twice results in ineligibility for admission.

Newcomb-Tulane College General Education Curriculum
As part of their undergraduate education, NTC students must meet all NTC Core Curriculum requirements. The Newcomb-Tulane College Core Curriculum allows students to explore a wide-range of disciplines and embodies the mission and values of the College by allowing students to have flexibility in their core curriculum courses while exploring a full-range of courses.
